Policies

Client's are required to fill out a Health Intake Form. These forms are required by law to receive any massage therapy treatments. Massage Therapy can address a variety of conditions. However if a client fails to disclose any health conditions past or present, massage can cause complications for the underlining condition. It is the client's responsibility to update their Intake Form and inform me of any changes. All health information is confidential.

Late Arrivals, Cancellations and NO Show Policy

   1) ALL no show and same day (24hr or after 4pm) cancellation appointments will be charged a fee. I understand special circumstances, and will do my best to work with each individual.  However, repeated abuse of this policy will also result in requested services being prepaid at the time of booking. I value your time and commitment to my services. To ensure a smooth process, please take note of our cancellation guidelines:

 a) Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance and no later than 4pm the day before your appointment if you need to cancel. Should a cancellation occur within the 24-hour window or after 4pm the day before, a full service fee will be charged. I appreciate your understanding, recognizing the challenge of filling these spots on short notice.

 b) Late arrival is considered anything 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment. It is your responsibility to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure you are getting your full session time. Arriving late will not allow you additional time or a discount on services. Please arrive 10 minutes BEFORE your appointment time. 

c) In the event that a Gift Card, Package or Membership is being used for services that a late cancellation or no show has occurred. The Gift Card, Package or Membership will be deducted from or used in full, instead of a fee or service charge.
