Clothed Massage
Clothed Massage is great for lunch breaks. Like chair massages but more relaxed on the table with no need to get undressed. Can include stretching and aromatherapy.

Add-On Scrubs
Scrubs are a great to help with circulation while leaving your skin feeling amazing. Full body scrubs includes scrub over arms, shoulders, back, abdomen, hips, legs and feet.

Sports Massage
Sports Massage includes deep massage, cupping, stretching, hot or cold therapies. Sports Massage is a great way for any athlete or active individual to help with sore muscles, recovery from injuries, or improving performance.

Foot Treatment
A client favorite can be an add-on service or a service on its own. Treatment includes feet wrapped in hot moist towels, light scrub, hydrating foot cream, essential oils, and massage with reflexology points.

Add-On Dip
Have you tried a dip? Dip your hands in a warm wax bath. Hands are then covered with warming gloves for 8-10 minutes. Wax is removed and hands are massaged. Great application for clients with arthritis or just wanting a little extra time on the hands.

Chiro Complement
This package includes 4 clothed massage sessions. Clothed massage is very similar to chair massage and can include stretching and aromatherapy. Pair these sessions with your chiropractic visits for the ultimate experience.
Spa Day
Enjoy a Spa Day with me! We will start off with a deep sea mud application for your back, then transition to hot stones to loosen tight muscles. I'll customize your 60 minute massage to pressure and focus areas that you need. Then we'll finish up with the most relaxing facial. You will be ready to tackle your week or wind down for your weekend.
Pregnancy Package
This package is setup to use for 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Includes 6-60 minute prenatal massage sessions. Use one each month to help with circulation, relaxation, mobility, and so much more as your body adjust and changes throughout your pregnancy.
Monthly Membership
The monthly membership plan includes a 60 minute therapeutic massage, one per month at a discounted rate. Clients have the benefit with memberships to get discounts on other services including 20% off on add-on services.
